A Little Recipe for Manifesting What You Want

Today's Blog Post is an excerpt from a reading titled;

"The Practice" by Chester Messenger.

Which is what I like to call, a little recipe for manifesting what you want.

" Anytime you can get 7 actions, thoughts and habits to all harmonise on a specific goal, it is inevitable. The goal will be reached. How soon depends on the goal being achieved."

What are these 7 practices to harmonize?

VISION: When you can visualize exactly what you want, the person you want to be and what they look like, act like, how they speak, you have done the hardest part. This is also the most important part, get CLEAR on what you want, and success is inevitable.

"since time is an illusion, and the future possibilties are reality unmanifested, by accurately and specificly detailing a future possibility, you bring awareness and future together, which causes it to manifest."

DESIRE: Giving the vision you want, the energy it needs. As Chester so smoothly writes "you can have anything you want, but you can't have everything you want, besides what would you do with it all". Magic happens when you give your visions desire. Focus, give the vision love, thoughts, passion, desire.

KNOWLEDGE: Do your part to learn everything you can about what you want to manifest. Become an expert on the matter.

EFFORT: "The energy to manifest your reality comes from your personal effort to make it so. In this case, you actually do whatever you must to accomplish your objective. If you are not ready to put your entire life's effort into it, then you don't really want it in the first place." If that is the case, go back to your vision, make it something you do really want. Refine your practice, make every action a conscious effort toward your goal. It's a process, yes, but the more in-the-moment actions you can tailor to support your goal, the quicker you will see results.

For instance, you want to increase your vibration, then consume live vegetables over cooked, dress in high-vibe, light colors. Everything you do in your day to day can be tailored towards your goal, this is how you work with the present moment. 

FAITH: Knowing it is, is a prime part of manifestation. Expect, know, be sure. Release any doubts when they arise with techniques such as breath work, release the doubt with your breath, breath in reassurance, security and confidence. You can also use a palo santo stick, sage or selenite stick to clear those doubtful thoughts out of your energy field.

INTENTION: "To intend something is to fix your mind and your will/ spirit to making this VISION you DESIRE which you are an EXPERT and EXPECT to happen. That is why you cheerfully put all your EFFORT into it, because you are confident the time and effort is WORTH IT." Intention is a powerful way to direct your mind energy. I personally attach intention to everything I do or consume. If it doesn't have an intention aligned with my goals, I adjust it into something that does align. Life is about a series of choices, you should actively be choosing each one based on an intention that comes from a place of light and love. If we only have the present, why waste any moment on something that is not intended for your greatest good.

HABIT: "Last but not least, The six mentioned before must be done habitually and constantly. You don't just desire and intend one day. You do it every day until it is reality. Then you do everything to maintain your reality. It must become habit to do all six all the time. To not be habitual is to just be wishful. To be habitual is to give the reality you desire inertia to bring it into form."

To sum it up, make your goal clear, then make all thoughts, decisions and actions the most effective options they can be in assisting you toward that goal.
